We understand that smaller offices will not require collections as regularly as a large office, so we have created a simple ‘pay as you go’ paper shredding service. Simply ring us when you need us. We have a few options that could work for you and your office shredding needs:
The Traditional Shredding Bags
The traditional shredding bags are around 51” x 76” in size and hold between 15kg to 18kg depending on how well you stack your old paperwork. You can slowly fill the bags and call us when they are ready. We can collect even a single bag at a time, but because there is a collection charge per visit, you’ll get the best value for money by filling and storing as many as you can before calling us.
How to Order Your Shredding Bags
When we started our paper shredding service, we wanted our website to be simple to use and easy to order your empty bags. Visit the ‘Order Now’ page and select the shredding bags. Once ordered, we will either post your pack—which contains 5 x bags and security tags—or we will hand-deliver them, depending on how many bags you need.
Once you have received your empty shredding bags, simply fill them in your own time and secure them with the supplied security tags. There is no need to remove staples, bands, or paperclips. Once they’re filled, simply give us a call or email to arrange a collection. The whole bag, including the contents, is shredded and recycled.
Lockable Office Cabinets
If you prefer a professional-looking, lockable confidential cabinet in your office, we can supply a console at cost and easily service it for you. This sleek office cabinet holds a collection bag inside. It features a mail slot in the top, allowing you to easily post your unshredded paperwork into the cabinet where it falls safely into the concealed bag.
Cabinet Dimensions: 850mm high x 540mm wide x 390mm deep.
When the bag is full, simply call or email us for a bag exchange.
Value for Money Wheelie Bins
Our wheelie bins make the whole process of destroying paperwork much easier and highly cost-effective. We can supply a 120L or 240L wheelie bin for you to fill in your own time and we will come and empty it when needed. These bins are industrial grade, so while you might not want them directly in your main office, they are perfect for a storage room, archive room, or garage.
We offer two sizes of wheelie bins:
• 120L Bin: Holds around 3 to 4 shredding bags worth of paper (equivalent to 2 to 3 archive boxes, or roughly 50kg).
• 240L Bin: Holds around 5 to 6 shredding bags worth of paper (equivalent to 4 to 5 archive boxes, or roughly 90kg).
Features of our bins:
• Some of our wheelie bins feature postal slots, and all have lifting lids for easy access.
• All bins include a securing point to attach the supplied security tags.
• They can easily be wheeled around your home, office, or workplace.
Loose Collections in Your Own Bags or Boxes
If your old paperwork is already packed up in archive boxes or similar containers, we can either collect the full boxes or you can bring them directly to us. We charge by weight for loose paperwork that is not in our own bags or wheelie bins. We simply weigh your loose paperwork in our own 240L wheelie bins and charge per kg. Once weighed, your old paperwork remains in the locked bin until it is taken away for shredding.
IT Destruction & Recycling for Your Office
Did you know that we can also securely destroy and recycle IT equipment? We accept:

How are the items destroyed?
Hard drives are first “punched,” which means a large hydraulic spike is driven directly through the drive, destroying the internal platters and outer casing. Once the hard drives are punched, they are run through a heavy-duty grinder that shreds them into tiny pieces. This makes them completely unusable and renders the data completely obsolete.
Any other components, such as PC towers and laptops (minus the securely destroyed hard drives), are fully recycled for their raw materials.
