Why did we start our paper shredding service?
Basically we required a paper shredding service at our own office in Chesterfield, we gathered a few quotes and they all seemed pretty high as we simply needed 4 or 6 bags of paper shredded. They quoted large collection prices and even contracts, we simply didn’t require a contract or even regular collections. So Morris Paper Shredding was born. We set up a new side line service to add to our other services, such as house removals, storage, house clearance and our packaging supplies shop.
What services can we offer?
We offer a few paper shredding services and one of our services will be perfect for you. If you want to bring your paperwork to be shredded then this service is a great option, simply bring your unshredded paperwork to us for shredding and pay by weight. You might prefer our traditional shredding bag service, we will post out some empty bags, you can fill them in your own time and we will collect them when you are ready for a collection. If you have a large heap to shred then our 240L Wheelie bins will be perfect. We will deliver a large 240L wheelie bin, you can fill it in your own time and we will collect it when it’s full. If you’re looking for a secure shredding solution for your office then the lockable office cabinets will work perfect for you.

We are fastidious about security and our porters are DBS ( Disclosure Barring Service ) checked which is a government run scheme to check the background of anybody who applies for a check. Please do not hesitate to ask to see our certification.
How is the paper shredded?
We take the bags to a cross-cut shredder which is also known as a confetti-cut, particle-cut, diamond-cut or irregular cross cut shredder because of the small paper particles the machine produces after shredding. This type of paper shredder cuts documents diagonally from both corners and creates various size and shapes to the cut.
